Someone keeps voting one on almost every post on the first couple pages on the "Visual Basic" threads, and greying them out. Could this be possible abuse or spam?

I don't see it as trolling (yet) but i do see a lively debate on an Indian topic.
Respond intelligently - don't just call on the post or member to be removed. If the member turns out to be a pure troll then yes, the account should be dealt with, but talk first, then decide.

I was pointing out to his use of expletives against a particular community. It isn't warranted.

Then report the post as abusive. If the rest of the community feels the same then it will be removed.

That's the problem, there aren't many people here from the community that he is abusing, he knows it well and that is why he is posting such crap.

Please give other members some respect and assume that, even if they aren't being targeted, they will still vote to remove abusive messages.

That's certainly the opposite of what I see in Chris' post, Shameel.
If I understand correctly, he means that the reasonably intelligent, educated people on this site will see trolling behavior as trolling and will vote/report on that basis. His comment in no way is directed towards yourself.

Not at all.
Your concern was that people wouldn't vote to remove a message if they themselves weren't being targeted. My reply was that members will vote to a report a message on its merits, and not on whether they themselves were the target.

Thanks for the clarification Chris. The way a post can be marked Anti-Semitic and removed, there should also be a way to mark Anti-Islamic posts and any hate posts in general. This guy was clearly spreading hate.
