Yes, we understand that. JSOP is just trying to tell you that it was reported earlier (he didn't said that it was the below one reported by Khaniya). It should already be in the known bug list.
Further, I think, once the rep recalculation happens (which is expected to happen soon), they would be in sync.

I too have a similar issue.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.
