The problem with Google Maps is that i'm not sure that it provides me with the roads data.
i think it only allows to add a viewable map to my application.
what i need is to be able to get the data so i can provide it to my algorithm as input.
I think that what i'm looking for is called a vector map. (so i can represent the roads as a directed graph)

Hi.
You got that and much more, but embedded in Javascript objects (ideal for working with Ajax);I recommend you to take a look to http://code.google.com/intl/en-UK/apis/maps/documentation/javascript/v2/services.html and you'll see it clearly, your work is in building a wrapper class for "protocol" translation.
It could be helpful for you getting a (free) Google Maps API key and take a look before starting the project to see if it covers what you need.

Have YOU checked the API? Look and see. Then if you want some help maybe try here, but I think some Farcebook forum/group would be a better bet as they'll know more about the ins and outs of social engineering.

No mater how you ask, it is unlikely anyone will write the code for you.
This is not a difficult assignment. Use Sysytem.in to read from the console and System.out to write to it.
An array is simple enough to define:
String dataArray[][] = new String[2][4];
Now you can do your homework and get the warm glow of a job well done.

Do NOT set variable names with capital letter (see "int Da"). Names starting with capital letter are objects.
And do use an own counter for each loop. Otherwise you're in big trouble faster than you can imagine (might have happen here already..)

Other points:
- i see a member "n" declared right on top. Where is it initialized? Do not make it "public static" - thats bad style. Set it "private final".
- use empty lines to give structure to your code. It stays readable and you in control. Also set some comments - just to tell yourself what is supposed to happen.
And finally your question:
You are not in a loop while entering the names. I suggest to take id and name of the student one at a time. And think of a object "student". It would make your task much easier.

First, please put your code between <pre> and </pre> tags so it's easier to read.
Next, try stepping through your for loops. It looks to me like you need a loop to cycle n times and ask for a name[i] each time.
