I am not getting my newsletter. Did I do something bad.

Nope - your account seems fine.
We've changed IP addresses so it could be that your mail server is either freaking out and rejecting, or your spam filter is, well, freaking out and rejecting. Have you tried adding us to a whitelist?

I am no longer getting newsletters either. It's been a couple of weeks now at least. I've checked my spam filter and added the from email address to my contacts. Still not getting the emails. I'm using Mail.com and made sure my spam filters are set reasonably. I dunno what's wrong. Any ideas?

Can't select articles by Language/Project Type since a couple of days. E.g. C#, C++, ASP.NET etc.

Next to "Articles, Technical Blogs, Questions" etc is "All Topics". Explore.

The same functionality is available through the menu on the right side (the one that says All Topics).
It's not designed great (usability wise) since there's no indication that it's a menu. But since he pointed it out to you, surely it's obvious what you need to do?

Totally agree. It's going to be completely reworked but I didn't want to completely kill the functionality.

You could significantly make it more obvious if you add a chevron on the right side of the text (as you do with the user-settings menu on the top right where the chevron appears on the right of the user name).

thanks for the suggestions.
it is right i might filter via the sick menu. but why do you remove/replace things that worked perfectly user friendly with something strange? things worked before with a single click perfectly.

Not sure why you are asking me. I'm just a user like you. But I imagine the answer is that they are going through upgrades. After all, DOS worked perfectly fine, but somebody felt the need to upgrade that for some reason.

Whatever "s.codeproject.com" is, my browser (Firefox) seems to be getting wedged accessing it... a lot... when loading the homepage, forums, etc.
The hamsters must really hate the store brand Cheetos's someone sneaked into the food bowl.

A couple of our older servers decided to fall asleep on the job. We're using large cattle prods on them now.

CP is painfully slow - > 50% timeouts (FF3.6), and fails to load CSS quite often. Done all the obvious, including clearing cache. (Had to reboot anyway for other reasons.)

Same here. From this morning I have noticed it.
Proxy reports connection timeout -or- as per OP, the CSS fails to load.

It's not actually slow: technically it's very, very fast. When you hit a server that's working.
A couple of our older servers weren't working correctly so we're giving them a talking to.

keeps showing up on ever freakin' link I click on now... wtf.

It only happens if I go to me settings page and then move off that page and go anywhere in the site. If I go to another website and then come back to CP it doesn't happen anymore. weird.
