Same has happened to my latest comment as well. Here[^] in my profile page.
Ctrl + F5 is not helping.

Nopes... dont think an old version. PC started, cleared everything... the last change of double quotes and all working...
Though, right now i too see it correctly. (Probably because you edited it.)
UPDATE: Look here [^]for the exact flow or behaviour thats happening.

I just corrected one of yours and then found another here[^]. Did it look OK after you posted it?
It's time for a new signature.

I have just encountered this phenomenon here[^]
BTW: I've Ctrl-F5'd myself silly.
[Breaking news]
I tried to edit the comment to replace the first '%20' with a space but in the editor it acted like a newline although when I OK'd it it appeared with the space. Hope that makes sense.

[Late Breaking news]
Ignore the above Breaking news.
However, interestingly, in the garbled comment, full-stops followed by a space were converted to %2E%20 but full stops not followed by a space showed correctly. The Apostrophe was converted to %27 even though it was not followed by a space, as was the question mark (%3F).

It appears that you are using a cached and outdated version of a javascript file used by the Commenting system.
Please ctrl-F5 the page before posting the comment and try again.
I'll find out why the cache header didn't force an update of your local cache.

That didn't help. Though another strange behaviour.
This is the exact flow/behaviour:
I post a comment to a question, (let say it has one more comment from before that has space replaced by %20 in it), the moment i post my comment there is no replacement of space in my comment + previous comment also get's auto corrected!
Now, i do a F5 or come back to this page after sometime... i find all the spaces are replaced by '%20'. So, it looks like when the whole page is getting loaded they are getting replaced though just at the time of posting a comment when only a part of page is updated, all works fine.

Just noticed that 1 to 5 based voting is still enabled on the .NET Framework Forum, while 'Good Answer', 'Bad Answer' style has been implemented on all other Forums. Is this on purpose?
[Edit: Damn, Seems to be working fine now - something to do with the rep update previously?]

The rep recalculation has caused dips in the financial markets, it has made the ash cloud in Iceland worse, and it also temporarily reduced the fuel economy of small "city" cars, but it did not affect the rating system in the forums.

I have gone from gold to silver in Organiser.
I presume this is a function of the reorganisation of voting weights.
If so, how does that work now?

I forecast another recalc pretty soon; voting your message up did not do a thing to my Organizer rep. We've been ripped off. In one category.

That could be a cacheing issue, I have noticed that a plus vote can take up to 10 mins to be reflected in the numbers.

I am having major trouble getting any www.codeproject.com page to load; the main page loads fine (visible in "view source") but nothing shows, as if some essential dependent file is not coming at all.
CP Vanity is not getting Bob's image.
However beta.codeproject.com is working normally, which enables me to publish this.
Anybody getting similar phenomena?

I know http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/[^] said all is fine.
But still nothing.

reboot didn't solve it.
clearing cookies didn't solve it.
new IP adr, that apparently did solve it.
never had this happen before, and I don't understand it a bit.

I'll switch off the light when I go, in a minute or so. Not sure where the US crowd went...
