I've got it mounted on a Ubuntu system, and it's reading fine. I now have to figure out how to back up the data (roughly 97GB) to an external USB HDD. Are these external HDDs preformatted? If so (e.g., FAT32), does that mean files written by Ubuntu can be read by Windows?
