How to solve the ajax error, "There was an error in the callback."

I have a treeview control in my page. Both the treeviews are inside of an update panel. Issue is, when the user clicks on back button of the browser and then clicks on the root node of the tree view, I am getting an error message saying that 'There was an error in the callback."

Is there any way which I can resolve this issue? Please help. Following is my html code for the update panel:

Hello,

I need help on finding the datagrid item whose radio button is clicked. I need to submit a page on which there are several datagrids with radiobuttons in it. So when a submit button is clicked I need to search and find all datagrid items whose radio buttons are clicked.

Please help.

Loop in all items and get all items which are checked.

e.g.

I wanted to know how the LoginView Control Works and from where it Authenticates the Users.

Actually I have the Authentication Process in my Web Application from a Database Table.

How Can i do this using a LoginView Control.

one interesting problem for finding file containing #

I found one interesting problem when I read an image file whose name containing #,it fails always to be displayed in a gridvew imagefield, but once
I delete this # in the file name, then no more problem.

I do not what is the reason, any solution for this execept I delet # or change it with others such as sharp by hand? it is better not to change it for my case.

Why your file's name must have sharp (#) character as part name of file?

I have one image field in my gridview, due to the limit of size, all the images are displayed with a smaller size, but I want to realize the following function: when the user move the mouse on the image, the image can be enlarged either in the same position (maybe more difficult, moreover, the size should be recoverd once the mouse left this field) or in a jumped new window (may be easier).

what I do not want to redicrect to a new window to display the biger image.

anyone can suggest a solution? thanks!

thanks, it is a good article, but I found difficulty in using it in my case:

my applicaiton is that I display the images in a imagefiled of a gridview, from a database, just like your article did.

so I have no idea how to use this code in my case, do you have any idea?

You have to bind all those javascript methods on the Rowdatabound of the gridview. I will ask you to put your query on that article discussion board if you need any help or facing any difficulties . Hope Abhishek ( Author of that article ) will reply you as soon as possible.

thanks, anyway, I use another method by using template instead of the imagefield, then I can directly change the image size with mouseover.

problem with deploying the web site in iis server in local host

i'm trying to deploy a site in local iis , in my site i use a membership to log in but the problem is it works well in the asp development server, but when i try log in to the site hosted in the server it says
"your log in attempt was successful" i uploaded the .mdf file too,
any one got any idea

sorry the message displayed is "your login attempt not successful" and the .mdf file was in the project appdata folder and i uploaded it too.

in the iis server does it use the .mdf file to decide the membership.

i downloaded few .cs files from internet include it in my vs project in app_code folder but when i try to create instance of it in my webform(importer.aspx.cs) i cant create it... i created my class (class1.cs) just for test it works fi9 .. i dont know what is going wrong ... plz help... thanks in advance.

What is the access Specifier of that class ? You have to make it public, by default it is Internal.

Do you want to minimize the page size ? or what ?

I mean many websites have been limited its page size in order to compatible for old smaller monitor size.

I see I can use margin plus the screen size in order to make the whole page in the center of the screen, I know that I can use javascript code to get the current screen size, but I do not how to combine the css and the javascript to control this, i.e. how can i embed the javascript function into css style? can you give me one example?
