No, I do not recommend trying to use the latest Microsoft SDk with VC6, there are several incompatibilities. The Windows Server 2003 PSDK was the last SDK which was guaranteed to be compatiable with VC6. You can download it here:

http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/platformsdk/sdkupdate/psdk-full.htm[^]

Make sure that you also have Microsoft Service Pack 6 for Visual Studio 6.0.[^] installed.
