i am taking a button in aspx page,so we want that when we click on button so my hp scanner will start.plz give some understandable code.

In that case, dream on. I suggest you buy a book on ASP.NET and read it. If you know what ASP.NET is and does, you'll know why you're not going to control a users scanner.

Sorry pal, you are as confused where the scanner is as to what asp.net can accomplish.
There is no way you can do this from asp.net. Alternatively you can write a bloated ActiveX to accomplish what you need, but that comes with caveat.

Our conclusion is that you're more clueless than most. Why is it that you're not even reading our posts ? I suspect it's that you don't understand anything we're saying, b/c you're not a programmer at all.
An ActiveX component could be written to do this in IE only. This would require use of C++, a language that only real programmers use. So, for you, yes, this is impossible

I'll be delighted to do it for you. Here is my rate $500/hr. This may take around 4 weeks to accomplish, so 40*4*500 is what we looking. I need 25% down payment then the rest to be paid on weekly basis.

4 weeks is my estimate, too. I was deliberately undercutting Yusef :P Seriously, there is no way I would work for this guy, not for any price, but i thought I'd at least give him a realistic contracting price. I think $200 an hour is reasonable. I bet he's quoted to do it for $50 or something tho.
