Suggestion: Allow donations via a button template provided by CodeProject User 5826193-Apr-09 10:55 User 582619 3-Apr-09 10:55  Have you ever thought of allowing the author of an article to place a donation link on the page. You could do it like sourceforge and provide a button template that allows making a donation. A user defined percentage of every donation could be used to support CodeProject directly. Happens only in chrome, IE and FF seem fine. When I last tried to update the text of it, I got an error message about a folder being deleted, or maybe it was unable to create a folder--sorry I didn't save the text of the message. Anyway, I tried to save it again and it failed again. Then I went to "My Articles" and the article was listed as deleted, so I clicked the restore button. After that I was not able to access the article for a minute, but I soon tried again and was able to view it. When I clicked "Modify", I was shown the file upload page, but when I tried to upload four files I got the following error message: Unable to save the file on Web09.Unable to save the file on Web09.Unable to save the file on Web09.Unable to save the file on Web09. - please try again or press next to continue Help? Refresh / F5 / ctrl+F5 doesn't change anything. Same browser in both cases, Vista at home, XP at work. Using Sasha Barber's latest article GeoPlaces : hybrid smart client, involving RESTful WCF/WPF and more[^] as an example, if I click on the "I don't get it!" message from leppie I get directed to the following page: http://www.codeproject.com/script/articles/displayarticle.aspx?fid=1538284&select=2988136#xx2988136xx[^]. I tried signing out and back in and that had no effect.
