I guess if I was going to be really lazy. I'd create a new solution and copy all the source files from project 1 to project 2 (that way nothing is being reduplicated manually or being copied from open instances of VS); personally, this sounds whack. Add in all the existing source files. Change Form1 to whatever you want it to look like. Quick and dirty copied app w/ same functionality your looking for.

Any suggestions, ideas, or 'constructive criticism' are always welcome.
