Actually I have used ON_NOTIFY_RANGE message map for other os and it is working fine. But same thing when I used it for 98x. While building itself it is an error as displayed as undeclared identifier for both ON_NOTIFY_RANGE and CSpinButtonCtrl class.

I have added Vertical ScrollBar to my Dialog.I have added variable m_ScrollBarto to it and set its range.

I have to add Eventhandler to ScrollBar.How to add WM_VSCROLL message map
to it.If I press ctrl+w class wizard is not coming.How to open Class wizard Dialog Box. Can anyone suggest me.

On Class Wizard select the Dialog name in the Object ID list box and then double click on WM_VSCROLL in the Message list.
This will help you in creating an event for VScroll.

I think you may use Visual Studio 2005?
If what you are using is VC6.0，you could press ctrl+w to add it.
If it's not VC6.0, you could click the class that includes the memeber m_ScrollBarto, and click the option "Message" of the "Attribute Bar", which is docking in the right side of the screen.
And at the list of the "Message" option, you can find the WM_VSCROLL option!

Hi all,
I am using create process function to open a jpg file using ie in WINCE...
CreateProcess(_T("\\windows\\iesample.exe"),imFullPath, NULL, NULL, FALSE, NULL, NULL, NULL, NULL, &processInfo1);
where imFullPath is the path for a jpg file.
For opening the next jpg file,i am using create function() onemore time.
Also it is opening in a new window.
I want to open all jpg files in the same window one after the other like a slideshow.

You need the cooperation of the other program. This is not a general windows OS thing.
You might find that this iesample program can be run with a parameter that say "put this jpg in the previous iesample's window", but you'll have to do some digging.
If you've written it yourself, then you can make that parameter!
Or you could just make a window in your own program to do the job. It's not all that tough to show a jpg. (On desktop os, less sure about wince).

Hi,
I need some help on drawing a line, i am able to draw vertical line on dialog box,
But whenever i have opened othe application on the dialog box, the line is getting erasing....
I am using below code snippet for drawing line..

Thanks for your help on this.., I am able to draw the constant line if i have opened other window on dialog box, but here in my application the line will move from left to right in between two sliders along with the slider positions.
while the line is moving, if i have opened any window on dialog box, the previous line is not getting erasing.
I thought of it is losting the previous line pixels information..
Can you please tell me how i have to achive this..?

Your answer is easy if you want to clear previous lines you can draw on it again for example you have this code:

if you use of this code again you clear previous line.
