I have a project working with WSE 3.

with the Certificate file with CN = TEST.

When I run this project, the error message has been throw

WSE910: An error happened during the processing of a response message, and you can find the error in the inner exception. You can also find the response message in the Response property.

Security requirements are not satisfied because the security header is not present in the incoming message.

How can I fix this error??? Please help me!!!!

Hi.

I want to create a control that lets user to edit records he/she created in a long while like say a year or two. To show what I have in mind I created a picture: http://sarvsoft.com/RecordEditControl.GIF[^]

In Asp.net I had an option called Edit template which would solve exactly such problems: A set of repetitive controls. I took a look at DataGridView and it seems not to have such an option. What do you suggest?

1. Create my own custom control.
2. Use DataGridColumnStyle along with a DataGridView, I'm not sure if this works. Never did it before.
3. There is a better way?

Hi all,

I am using C#, .NET and I regularly use PropertyGrid control in my project. I am not able to create a mask(--/--/----) to the DateTime property field in the propertygrid such a way that, user can enter only in that format. For example, by default "dd/mm/yyyy" should be displayed in the DateTime field. When user key in numbers, the numbers should replace the respective palces in the field. Ofcourse, user can give input from DateTime picker also.

Please, suggest me by giving code snippets or sample source code. Thanks in advance.

Does anyone know of a SQL editing component that supports syntax coloring?

I have a job scheduling application written in .Net 1.1 and it would be very nice for it to be able to display SQL jobs using syntax coloring, but I don't have time to write that component myself.

Note that this component does not need to run SQL, just allow SQL text to be displayed and edited. The SQL needs to be stored in plain text, without embedded formatting codes, as the SQL will be executed by my scheduler.

Howdy,

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post or not. I have a Miles per Gallon / Payback and engine displacement calculator that I put together in excel with a link to a carbon footprint calculator. The carbon footprint calculator works well but I can't seem to get my calculator to post. I'm not even sure if excel is the best way to post to my startup website! It's not, however I'm not yet clear enough on what you are trying to do to direct you to a more appropriate forum.

You can allow people to download an excel file from your web site and if they have excel installed they can run it. If they are using certain browsers, it may even launch it in the browser but there is no way for you, or your site, to know any of this for anonymous users.

If your users are a qualified group, meaning you know they all have excel, then you can just add the file to your web site and they can type in the address in a browser (you can have a page with a link to the file to simplify this) and download the file.

If you are trying to use some feature of Excel to publish your work as a Web Application, I have no knowledge of that feature and nothing I said above is related to that.

I am just trying to publish for anyones use a calculator that will give several answers after a user (not from anyone group) inputs some info. It might be that this is the wrong application for a web form use. I'm just not sure!

If it is possible, it would be through the use of some feature of Excel or additional technology perhaps provided by Microsoft that I am not aware of. It is not any typical form of Web Development which would involve developing things like HTML or Server side programming mechanism (ASP.NET, Java, Perl, Ruby, etc.) that allows you to deliver HTML to the browser, along with some Javascript to create the dynamic aspects of the application.

Hi all,

I have created windows application in c#, it is Sample.exe,
If this exe is already running, andmeanwhile if double click and initiate one more instance of Sample.exe it should point to already running Sample.exe.

Concept is simple if my windows media player is running say a movie file is being run.
and if I launch media player from shortcut it will still show the already running one instead of opening the separate media player.

Is it possible to do so for my application, how can I apply same logic to my Sample.exe
