GeneralUnivoter Treatment Pin

I sometimes publish articles in a German developer magazine which refer to my online articles on CP. While suggesting a good online platform like CP, I expect a certain level of content quality.
One factor influencing this quality are those annoying Univoters like here[^].
Thanks to the good new feature 'bad-voting-trail', we now recognize Univoters.

At least for edited articles, it would be desirable to improve the way how Univoters are handled.
In my opinion it should be a more efficient way to remove such voting/message, rather than wait a certain amount of people who click the 'Vote to Remove Message' Link.

Maybe the following precautions would help, to reduce Univoters:
1) Accept voting only if
- Comment contains at least n words
- Comment contains not only dummy characters like ',' or '-'
2) Reveal the members rating behavior: let's display the average rating on the members profile page
3) Warn member if the average rating is less than n.n. Disable member if the average rating is less than n.n

Cheers,
Jani
