Is there a specific reason for installation without wizard? AFAIK, you can't control it.

Try launching the dotnetfx.exe with the /Q command line switch:

dotnetfx /q

Dear Sirs:
I have a C# application with a ToolStrip control and a RichTextBox control.

Three of the buttons on the toolStrip are for formatting the text in the RichTextBox, i.e., Bold, Italic, and Underlined. I have the CheckOnClick property set to true for these 3-buttons. My code successfully sets the selected text to any\all of the above formatting.

However, the button's CheckState remains "Pressed" or clicked, unless I physically unclick it. What I want to do is emulate what occurs in a WordPad document, where by both scrolling over formatted text, or clicking into formatted text causes the Bold button, Italic button, or Underline button(s) to appear depressed or clicked and conversely, to not appear depressed or clicked when the user clicks outside of the formatted text or scrolls past it.

Does anyone know how to accomplish this in C# and also what event(s) to place this code in, so that this happens smoothly for the end-user?

Datagrid Checkbox is not getting binded to dataset/ access database

I have followed another tutorial on adding checkboxes to datagrids and have gotten it to show up. The problem is that I cannot get the checkbox column to bind to my dataset column. I alway see gray checkboxes when I run. All of the other columns are binding correctly. Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

Also, I am getting:

'System.Windows.Forms.DataGridColumnStyle' does not contain a definition for 'TrueValue'
'System.Windows.Forms.DataGridColumnStyle' does not contain a definition for 'FalseValue'

Using dotnet 1.1. Anyone know how to solve this?

You can't do this either. Since restarting those processes later will affect how the system works. You can't shut them down and then restart them and expect the system to behave exactly as you did before the shutdown.
