yes,you should know the page lift cycle,then you can clear more~
dynamic control will "miss" when you click some submit button(postback),
you must create it in page_init or page_load event .

Easy way would be HTML marquee. Wrap the text need to be scrolled in a marquee tag and assign it to a literal control. Alternatively you can use JS for doing this.

Ten machines are connected in LAN i want to open my site in other machines too?

No, i my machine i can open it by using http://localhost/dailyupdates/default.aspx
But i need to open this site in another machine which is connected in LAN with my machine.
I have tryed this in another machine as
http://192.123.1.24/dailyupdates/default.aspx
But It shows No response
How can i access my website in other machine which is Local network connection
Please Help me.

any error ? Have you checked anonymous access is allowed in IIS settings ? Do you have windows firewall running ? If yes add IIS port number 80 to the exceptions list.

Is it necessary to have IIS in other machines also.
Because only in my machine IIS is there.

it will work for some times, but you will get IP conflict Error.
Never use same IP for two different system,. it should be unique.
