I have to ask, what is the point of deleting someones account for abuse if they're allowed to immediately create a new one?

I don't know how to do it automatically, but if you just let a new one be created immediately after, what's the point in kicking a trouble maker off?

One particular website has a system known as BOS or "Ban on site" where when a troublemaker has been banned 3 times, they are added to a list and the moderators delete their accounts as soon as they are identified or their ip addresses match a ban on site account.

I was just coming here to report it. That "Bookmark me" adding another row to each listing and breaking up the ease of reading is right out of Rookie UI mistakes 101.

In a recent post in the lounge I had smileys interspersed between sentences in my text. I had two spaces to either side, but in by browser (FF2) when I posted the tesx was smashed up against the icon to both sides.
