i create a file with this code:
System.IO.FileStream f = System.IO.File.Create(@"C:/webpart/WritingWebPart/Reservation2/a.htm");

and i want to add it to a url with this code :
SPFile file = curWeb.Files.Add(curWeb.Url, ???);
but i dont know what should i put instead of ????

The file you created is empty, so just pass an empty byte array, I suppose. What are you trying to do ? You didn't actually answer me, you just restated the question.

i can create a file for example in this path: c:/webpart
but i can not create a file in url

But, you're creating an EMPTY file, then trying to add it, what's the point of that ?

Looks like the GetFile method is how you create an SPFile from a file on the HDD. Like your empty file.

no im not create a empty file after create i write inside it htm code with this code:
string old = "html code";
using (System.IO.StreamWriter sw = new System.IO.StreamWriter(@"C:/webpart/WritingWebPart/Reservation2/a.htm"))

sw.Write(old);

}

OK, in that case, the method I found by googling for 3 seconds, and mentioned above, is probably what you need.

One of the ways to solve this is to break down your code and debug bit by bit, then you find out which bit of code is causing the error

This error code (0x800A01A8) conveys it all. The COM object could not be instantiated properly.

In the listvie when you select the particular colume for exe:LEFT hand side of the selected column will REMAIN static and visible.especially when the user scrolls right across the table/row to view columns currently out of view.

How we convert an xml file into excel sheet using c# with tag name in xml will be the cell name for the excel sheet.Please send some code xeamples to convert an xml into excel.

This isn't an ASP.NET question. You can look into controling Excel through the Microsoft Tools for Office, from memory. That's the only way you're going to set the cell name, otherwise you could just create a csv file.

How to convert it using csv file.

If you spit out a csv, excel can just open it. But only one sheet, and you can't name the sheet.

Hey y'all,

I am uploading a file to a directory in my root named "Pictures" and it works fine.
I also add a title , url, and name of the picture in a XmlDatasource, and this works fine.

In my masterPage.master file I have;

<img id="imagePart" runat="server" src="pictures/pic.jpg" alt="Image of the Day" /></a>
<p id="captionPart" runat="server">The rules according to Luna</p>
</div>

And in my masterPage.master.cs code behind file I have;

The value that gets put into .Src is correct but the image doesn't display I get the alt "Image of the Day" instead?

P.S. The link and title work fine its just the image that doesn't work!

What the heck have I overlooked or don't understand?
