i want to get forms list in the solution of another solution.
i found that maybe i can do it by Reflection namespace but i dont know how!

Yes, if you can do it at all, it will be via reflection. But, I doubt you can iterate over the classes of another running process ( is that what you're saying ). Can you even be sure it's a .NET project ?

All you need to do is add a reference to the dll in your project. Right click on References -> Add Reference-> your dll

Solution or assemblies?
If what you mean is assemblies(dlls & exe), you can get the list of classes via reflection, then look at the base class name for forms. If the form's base class is an inherited form, look for the inherited form class name.

By world time i mean a time of a server or anything, NOT THE COMPUTER'S TIME, it could be the Greenwich time or anything but i want it to be the same in any computer i log in.

There are webservices around that do this. You're going to end up with the time on SOME computer, somewhere. But, one would assume it was going to be correct.

How does that help ? He wants to sychronise time between PCs, DateTime.Now is not going to do that, no matter what time zone he converts it to.

Hello every body, I want to do a library wich has to conect throw rs232 port, but I need to made it conection with code, because as I said, is a library, and i can´t use any component.I know is posible using delegate methods and events, but I have no idea of how i can do it. If somebody can help me with some code I will be very gratefull.

Delegate methods really have little to do with RS232, do you know what delegates are ?
I googled C# RS232 and got tons of information, including articles here on CP. VS2005 has a serial port class as far as I know. Perhaps it uses delegates to hook up to events on the port.

Yes it's there. just drag-and-drop serialPort from toolbox to a form and start playing with it...

hi there,
i m trying to add a CMS in listview component class,
steps i did:
1. add a class and inherit listview
2. add CMS and add a menu item in it
3. add this line in InitializeComponent()
this.ContextMenuStrip = contextMenuStrip1;
4. add this listview in form
5. run but nothing appear when right clicked on listview
anyone know how to solve it?

You could try listening to the ContextMenuStrip.Opening event and then you'll find out if its actually being opened.

Hello,
I'm making a GUI for an image capture program. When the user captures an image a new form is created which displays the image. Once the user has captured several images they can then look through the image-forms and decide which to save. I have a main form which contains the main controls and a large panel which takes up about half it's area.
I would like:
1 the image-forms to appear within this panel and to be confined to its boundaries.
2 the image-forms to always be on top of the panel and hence always be visible.
3 the image-forms should not take control(focus) away from the main application window.
Is it possible to do this ?

Apart from that I don't see why you want to use Forms to show images (waste of performance):

If you want to add a Form in the Controls Container of a Panel, you have to set the TopLevel[^] property of the Form to "false".

Maybe Enabled[^] does what you want.
But again, you should think of other solutions, like painting the images directely on the MainForm or the panel.
Therefor you need:
OnPaint
DrawImage[^]
