I'm sending mail but an error "Failure Sending Mail" being generated

MailMessage mail=new MailMessage("From@saamstesting.com","To1984@email.com");
mail.Subject = "Manoj Bisht How R U";

I want to hide checkbox from gridview
i have taken like this -

In GridView RowDataBound event, finding the this checkbox control and cb.Visible = false;
