You want to set cookies from a windows program ? I would guess the best way would be by putting a web browser control on your form and having the html page with the script to write it in your app ?

The subject says it all. I would like to position a TextBox over the text area of a DropDownList. I assume I need some Javascript in my OnLoad event for the page. I need to allow the user to type in a value, as well as select one. I plan to update the textbox whenever the user changes the selection on the dropdown, but when submitting the page, I submit the textbox value instead of the dropdown selected value, in case the user chooses to enter their own value.
If VS2005 had Intellisense for DHTML and Javascript this would be slightly easier for a n00b like me.

I would imagine this would be done with CSS, actually. Javascript can change the style of a control, but apart from that, it's not going to position it for you.

I was thinking of using Javascript to modify the style, including layout elements. I just can't spend too much time on it, it's a nice-to-have compared to just having the textbox next to the dropdown. When I finish all my other urgent stuff, if I've not got much to go on, I'll start dissecting other people's drop down menus etc. to see how they position things.

There is no good method available to do so. Have you tried disabling cache using meta tags ?
|

No i didn't can you please tell me....

There is no efficient way to disable browser cache completely because it depends on the browser settings. There is meta tag available to tell the browser not to cache the page, Have you tried that ?

You can use DataGridItemCollection and then display particular values in the text box.
for ex.
Dim instance As DataGrid
Dim value As DataGridItemCollection
value = instance.Items

frnd i want to write the code in click event.
at same time i want to display only one person details.
