i don think so  , it is socket based application like msn messenger,it is windows based application not asp/asp.net pages i dont think it should be placed in web based section.

For Solving that problem you need Live IP, where you Server application would run. but be cautious it's little costly!

yes, server will be in live ip but i am talking about those clients which are in the private network or LAN on another organization.
i am talking about that situation in which two clients are from different lan, like two persons communation using msn and both are from 2 different private network(LAN's).
i hope you understand my point.

I doubt that's going to be all that possible - especially if two clients are behing firewalls. Is it such a problem to have the messages go:
clientA<->server<->clientB ?
Unless you are sending large files, the traffic and latency should be a non issue. Also, it would allow to have multiple participants in a "conversation" more easily.

Yes, that's one way. As long as what you use supports UNC, or you have mapped a drive letter to the remote machine, it should behave as normal.

While it is possible, it would be much easier to just use a list control with the LVS_REPORT style.
If you really want to use a listbox, it must have the LBS_MULTICOLUMN style. You'll also want to call SetColumnWidth().

I have multiple docking enabled toolbar in a application . Whenever application is executed toolbar settings is changed every time. (Toolbars are moved to different location). How can I save toolbar settings so that toolbars show up in the same location as it is set.

iam not sure but, try this logic.
save the toolbar settings to a file at the time of closing it and apply those settings while loading it.

I WANT IT STOP DOING THE IF FROM TIME 04:00AM TO 04:20AM (* IN 04:20AM IT WILL CONTINIUE WORKING) , I tried searching in google alot and i dont successed to do that as i want, can someone show me example how to do that?

use GetSystemTime and GetLocaltime functions instead . gettick count and determining the Actual time may not me precise.
