Hello
Anyone please Help me in Solving the bug.I used below code when run locally(i.e visual studio 2005) The mail is sending properly.Wheres i Host in the Server and run.Its giving problem that failure in sending mail.

1 - don't double post
2 - please tell me that you don't have a variable called label14 ?
3 - obviously ths means there's a problem with your mail server. Do you get any more detailed feedback ? This this a mail server that should just work anywere ?

What do you mean by t-shirt design ? How is this something that should be done via a website ?
How do you want to use AJAX ? Do you even know what it is, or does it just sound cool ?

Users should pick the t-shirt template and they can able to add pictures & text from the list.
Something similar to www.click-shirt.com .
I think its possible in ajax.
Any idea plz?

Your first step would be to understand things like AJAX before you start talking about them. No, you can't make a site like that with AJAX. That site is driven by flash. Do you know what AJAX is/means ? You could write a website for designing a t-shirt and use AJAX, of course. It would not look like the site you linked to.

Hi
I am trying to update two table in a single query but its not working.
My query is as follow.
update Blog_Post,Blog_New set Blog_Post.Posttitle='This is post for database blog(updated)',Blog_Post.editeddate=getdate(),Blog_New.editeddate=getdate() where Blog_Post.blgid=Blog_New.blgid and Blog_Post.postid='4'
When i run this query in query analyzer it gives incorrect syntax near ','.. where i am going wrong please tell me.

You can't do that. Instead:

I use code for signout is:-
FormsAuthentication.SignOut();
FormsAuthentication.RedirectToLoginPage();
It redirect to login page.
But, my problem is that when I click at back icon,
it goes to privious page (like as after signin)..........
In web.config, I used Forms Authentication with name="COOK" loginUrl="Default.aspx".
How we can remove that problem ..

The problem is due to Cache you can't disable back button but think in Every page load check the user credetials if those are not present then redirect user to Login page
To disable the cache you need to add this lines this will disable the cache
Response.Cache.SetCacheability(HttpCacheability.NoCache);
Response.Cache.SetExpires(DateTime.Now);

hi
i create an asp.net page that get a series of input in xml when a request created.
one of this parameter is "Message" parameter.
my problem is when user send a message in unicode can not get it correctly. (i get ????? text instead of correct text).
how can i correct it. i think that must set character set.
i change in Web.config as follow :

What do you use to read the data from the xml format?
How is the xml encoded? As UTF-8?

i would like to know how to fix my issue.
situation:
i've a little portal built for asp.net with web services, in a machine that's inside a windows 2003 active directory integrated and distributed in 2 geographic zone...this zones speaks both through a router vpn...
so, there are two machines involved in this case...one is the web server portal machine and another one is repository server located in other zone with his public ip (but it's also configured to speak inside the vpn lan)
however, normally inside this portal the user (after logged in) can download one or more files.
in the portal machine web.config i've setting up to point to another machine (that has a public ip) to download files from that repository ....my issue is to block anonymous access but grant access to asp.net user of machine portal....infact if i disable anonymous access, the user authenticated using asp.net user machine, cannot downolad or better it gives me the classic error of page not found....sure disabling the anonymous access nobody can access, but how can i block everyone to point the path directly to download files and permit to download them only inside my portal (after logged in) ?

no,that's not my mean,the animated gif I want to create is according to the gif template I provide,changing the text in the image you input in the box dynamicly.

Perhaps by not using ASP.NET ? Or by using a non C# app to generate the gifs ?
Your question has nothing to do with ASP.NET. ASP.NET will not generate an animated gif, even if you use C#. ASP.NET may drive the website used to collect images, and to serve the result back to the user.
