Hi Michael,

I didn't get any source. Using Gmail Api is only to retrieve gmail contacts, but what about other mails and this Gmail Api also not working for me.

Holds signed 32-bit (4-byte) integers ranging in value from -2,147,483,648 through 2,147,483,647.

My guess is the phone number is greater than this value. Use a long instead of int

Took you long enough to come up with this. Couldn't find it quickly in the book?

Actually you should use string.length to test for an empty string and try_parse to cast the string. I'll leave it up to you figure out why, if you can.

Dear All,

I am using asp.net2.0, C# ,SQl2005

I have scenario like I am making item master which compose of itemcode , itemdescription. For itemcode, I am using dropdownbox which is populated with all code and new code option when user click new code option a newtextbox becomes visible. my problem is how can I make newtextbox mandatory field whenever new option field is selected(as it may left blank in case of edit option
And making requiredfield validator not workable ).
Please guide me.

Note : Yes, You can use this function in the html source javascript section.

You have to use this function on any dropdownlist or checkbox onclick event.
This function will make requiredfield validator control enable/disable by javascript.

I add a asp Checkbox in the Datagrid ItemTemplate and HTML checkbox in Header Template.In the datagrid am loading the images and the path from the server folder.am loading all the images in the page load event.page load event as follows

All the images am getting in the Datagrid.but my problem is,i want to delete the checked images.the delete code as follows

while clicking the Header template checkbox it will select all the Item template checkbox[Javascript function],but the problem is i will not get the checked state in the delete event,getting checked=false.so i cannot delete the images.in the page load event if am not using !Postback and if i select one by one in the Itemtemplate checkbox i could delete,i will get checked=true but if select header check will not get.what is the problem.Is there any solution for this.

Well usually this happens when viewstate of the grid is disabled. Make sure it is enabled. Now try getting your checkboxes like this

int DgItemCount = Datagrid.Items.Count;
for ( int i=0;i<=DgItemCount-1;i++ )
{
    CheckBox chk = (CheckBox)Datagrid.Items[i].Cells[YourCheckBoxCell].FindControl(YourCheckBoxName);
    if ( chk.Checked )
       //Do your deletion
}

Depends which version of framework are you using. If using 1.1 I would suggest not to bang your head too much. If 2.0+, Master is included in the Framework itself.

in my windows form,for search,two combo boxes are provided.the first one gives the table names and in second combo box the respective fields are provided ,by selecting any field the user enters the required value according to which te search is done

i m storing both tablename and field name in string
now in my select statement when i append the string with field name (with hard coded table name); it functions well but when i concatenate string having table name it gives errors..
