Is exe really a property of an object called HtmlAsText? Or did you forget to put quotes around it. In fact, did you really copy this code from VS, or did you retype in into codeproject. If it was the latter, then there might be pertinent missing information.

From your earlier example, in a different thread (and you should really continue the discussion in the original thread), the quotes went around the whole path, not just the last part of the path.

So, try
psi.Arguments = "/run \""+strMyWorkingDirPath + " config.cfg\""
