Hy.
In my first App. I hab a DataView where i concat a string for the Rowfilter. After that I returned the DataView
I exicuted it and it worked.
Now I have to sent the result via a Webservice.
The first Prob was that the WebService doesn´t know the DataView so I changed it into a DataTable.
Now I have the problem that I return a DataTable, and the changes from the filter are not in it.
data.RowFilter = filter;<br />
<br />
return data.Table;
where data is a normal DataView and filter is just a String.
So here is my question:
How do I get the result of the rowFilter() ???

Just did it! After one hour work!
If someone is interested in this here is the code:
data.RowFilter = filter;<br />
<br />
System.Data.DataTable table = new System.Data.DataTable();<br />
table= data.ToTable();<br />
return table;
It isn´t nice I know, nut what the hack

hello friends I m using following javascript for opening a new window
"<script language='javascript'>"+ "window.open(' " + sPath + " ','myWindow','location=0,status=0,scrollbars=0, width=580,height=470,top=150,left=250');</script>;";
this code is working fine in mozilla but creating an error in Internet explorer
error is popup window blocked.
I m working in asp.net2.0 with c#

Just De-activate the Pop-ip Blocker and try it in IE.
Or just double click on the Image tehn it will not pop up.

Hi Friends,
I am using asp.net with c#.I am new to designing cretaion and verifying digital certificates.i need to verify client certificate with root certificate .in that i was struck with verifing the publickey.i am able to dispaly the Thumbprint and publickey of the certificates but i am unable to verify that Thumbprint and publickey.
It is greatful to give an example which is help to me

Hi,
I am unable to clear TextBoxes in panel. Generally I am using the following code to reset controls in webpage.

In it i have changed Page.Controls to Panel1.Controls, but its not working.
Please let me know how to reset all controls in Panel.

Maybe if you get the typed string and say .toUpperCase(), or how it is called and set it to the box. But I can´t think of how you can do this in real time.

Add this to the page load:
this.TextBox1.Attributes.Add("onkeyup", "javascript:perform(this)");
to the source of the aspx file add the following code:
function perform(param)
{
var txt = document.getElementById(param.id);
txt.value = txt.value.toUpperCase();
}
thats will work for sure.

Hi,
In my application, I am uploading some files and then clicking on the send button which is actually a link button.Since the files are big in size, it takes some time to upload them .In this case i dont want the user to click on the send button again.
i.e. If the user has clicked the send button then i dont want the user to click the send button again......
How to disable the clicking of the link button if the user had already clicked?

Just onclick event say
button.enabled = false;
and after your work is done you can enable it back again !!

Hi,
I created a datatable(provided schema). Now i would retrieve some rows from database and store it in a dataset. Now the rows in the dataset should be added to the data table. I have used:
foreach(DataRow dr in DataSet.Tables[0])
{
datatable1.ImportRow(dr);
}
However when iam trying to bind this data table to datagird that is throwing an error: DataBinder.Eval: DataRow property ........
Any ideas are immensely respected.
