1. There are other toolkits (www.codejock.com, www.bcgsoft.com) that might support the feature you are looking for.
   
2. I understand very well how managers think like this, but it's not a good idea to change the way that the standard Windows UI works - tell them I said so. Moreover, trying to change the standard way is extremely time-consuming, as you have discovered.
   
3. This is a professional site, and people here would appreciate it if you would use English, not SMS speak (u, cuz).
