One thing you need to know. If your app is VB.NET, a tech savvy user can decompile it, remove the licence code, and recompile. Easier still, they can read your code with a tool like Reflector, and just read how you generate your key, and thus discover it without having to know it in the first place. The control can display data in a so called data-grid like format ... and one can add/remove/re-position/set width of the specific columns of data you want to display Having set up the right columns I want ... e.g | Column A | Column B | Column C | etc ... All works fine .. If I then exit the application ... and re-run the application .. I have to again "set" all the columns as I want them on the control ... Is there a way to "save" the column layout of the control? I am not able to see any "methods" associated with the control to do this ... It was hard, but if you study you can pass the tests. MCSD .net is .net 1.1. MCPD is .net 2.0. I am having more trouble with these tests. They seem harder then the MCSD ones.
