That is because you need to whitelist the sender before the links will work.

I think it would be cool to have a "CP Tool" section. Because I've noticed that there are quite a few CodeProject tools written by CP members, and they're all scattered throughout other articles. Would that be ok?

Yes, but it's under the General C++ menu, so it's not clear that's where you would look for a C# tool (for example).

Many older articles have comment sections that run for several pages. This causes people just reading the article to overlook the answer to their question, which may have been asked earlier. So they ask the question again, causing the comment section to become even larger...
So how about a View All option, next to First Prev Next?

Good catch - yes, it should just be for article comments, not other message boards.

I just worry about those articles with hundreds of comments. The printout could extend dozens of pages.

Try printing a day's worth of Lounge posts sometime... 
I hesitate to suggest this, because it breaks with the nice threading model used everywhere else on the site... but how about "floating" high-rated posts in article forums? Maybe work it in such that a couple of the most recent threads show up first, followed by the top rated posts, followed by everything else. Think: mini-Slashdot with AJAX. or maybe don't.

Can we have a site (sub)section for Ruby on Rails? Or, maybe,
"Other" subsection in a web development section?
RoR has grown from it's infance - now it is used for serious web projects.

The article editor already corrects broken HTML. The problem is that it can't read minds so that the way it makes corrections and the way you may want the corrections made can be two very different things
