This is method is ripe for SQL injection attacks.

This will never work.
CString req="UPDATE T_Port SET CommPort='%s', Speed=' s'"+valuestr;

Try something like this.
CString req=_T("");

req.Format(_T("UPDATE T_Port SET CommPort='%s', Speed=' s'"), valuestr);
