Do you attend this forum for long now. The word urgent appears in subjects here every day, sometimes yelling at you in uppercase and in the worst case it's the whole subject.

I agree there is no harm, but also there is no interest (at least in my case). The fact that the problem is urgent to the poster doesn't increase my willingness to help and if I have no time to help at the moment, it won't make me take that time. As I said we're answering questions in our spare time here and aren't working for a service hotline that allows you to give your tickets a priority.
The word urgent gives a post a demanding character. Demanding us to answer, demanding us to answer quick, demanding us to answer this post before dealing with others. Its this demanding character and the fact that it's of no interest for the solution of the posted problem that may decrease the willingness to answer.
