I don't know of any NT drivers for any optical wheel mice, let alone Dell's.

If it's NT4 the best bet is to get a USB->PS/2 adapter.

It won't work with the adaptor that came with my new mouse for some reason. That was the 2nd thing I tried.

NT 4.0 doesn't do plug-and-play and for that reason, doesn't do USB. (OK, it does a limited ISA plug-and-play.)

Did you already got a USB driver for NT4 on a Dell PC? If not, here is driver that I've used on my old Dell Optiplex GX1 with NT4 operating system. I've used it with my USB flash drive.

Does deploying more than one SMTP Servers with more internet lines i.e. plugging more than one LAN cards on one machine increase the outgoing mailing speed

Probably not. It's most likely that you're limited by the upstream bandwidth of your connection to your ISP. Our upstream bandwidth is only about 400kbps on ADSL.
Your mail server should support concurrent outgoing connections. Ours - Exchange Server 2003 SP2 - is currently set to a limit of 10 outbound connections total, and a limit of 10 connections per mail domain. I reduced these from the defaults - I think the default is 1000 outbound connections. I reduced the limits to ensure that the limited bandwidth was used more effectively, but it does mean that messages can be held up if a lot of large messages are sent (or a single large message is sent to multiple domains).
Large messages are a problem generally. SMTP has no resume capability, so if the connection breaks, the server has to resend the message again from the beginning. This can cause a large message to 'stick' in the queues.

VHDL is for hardware implementation and C++ is for software implementation.
They are not equivalent so please be more specific about what you are trying to do.

Actually I'm trying to make a simulation. With the current Verilog tool that I have, I can simulate, but it takes too long to simulate! In c++ it can be maybe 10x faster or 20x.
The problem is... corventing the whole code into C++.
I'm getting so many troubles! I really have no clue, I have fixed all the Verilator warnings, but the errors seem endless. hehehe
but I cant give up, not yet :P

Have you looked into SystemC?
I have modeled some complex digital modules (PLL, ASK/FSK CDRs, etc) in C++ so I may be able to help.

How to get actual amount of memory a system has (Im using 32bit DOS, i mean protected mode).
Are there any BIOS interrupts or have i to probe into memory copying byte and retreiving byte......

Im using assembly language and have switched DOS to protected mode.
I have 512 MB of memory but by using BIOS Interrupts i can only get 640k

I am going to suggest writing a c/c++ dl, anmd callilng it from c#.

Im not able to access video card
What im able to do is 1024x768 with 256 colors
My card is VESA compatible

Under Windows, you don't have any access direct to the video card, unless you go through DirectX.

Not my area of expertise. And from your description, you should be using C++ and the Windows Device Driver Development Kit. DirectX will NOT help you if your writing your own O/S.
