first try to rename web.config on server then upload.
otherwise upload zip file the extract it on server.

may be this is not right place for magicajax but I have tried in all other forums still not getting the solution so if someone have used magicajax plz help.

The MagicAjax HttpModule is not included in web.config. Add [<httpmodules><add name="MagicAjax" type="MagicAjax.MagicAjaxModule, MagicAjax">] inside the <system.web> section.

Hi,

I want print option in my asp.net application. When I click that button, it should directly take printout of the current page from the printer. I used Javascript: window.print(). But it saves the page and we have to take printout from that. Its working like print screen option. But i dont want that one. Please can anyone help me for this.

window.print() is exactly what you need. However, it does not print, it just opens print dialog. Check if you have printer correctly set in this dialog. If you have Microsoft Office Document Image Writer set as a printer, then you know where is your problem...

You should be warned that just asking for source code will result in massive flaming. If you try to figure it out, post your code that you are having issues with, you might get a response. Just saying 'please send me source code' will get you NOTHING.

hai,

I am working .Net 2003. Creating web application, here i am trying to binding a crystal report in an .ASPX page.

i am getting error Logon failed.

can any one help me how to avoid the error?

Well, you could be little bit more specific about where and when this error is raised, but I suppose you didn't set correct credentials for database access to retrieve data for your report. Or maybe it can be lack of credentials when accessing report repository...

I have three Panel which are in same form and belongs to different tables in a database.and
my problem is,i have same Save,ADD Buttons for these three.
When i click on SAve it should check which panel and call proper add_function().
In SAveButton,My code is
If Lbladd.Text = "Addrecords" Then
If Lblcheck.Text = "Location" Then->>>>panle1

Only once i need to click on SAve for saving these 2 panels records.How to check and save .??I am geting problem with this.

Your question is too confusing. I just understand, you want to read data from particular panel after Save button is clicked, but have no clue from which and why (or what condition has influence on which panel to select). Try to be more clear...

I have one datagrid.I add one string like "1:resulr" in first cell in databound event.when i add another string,it added in first cell and my first cell value added in second cell.

How to maintain First one cell value?

If I understood it correctly then you can use global variable for that purpose.

You can use javascript code to validate the records inside datagrid while updating.

i have Data Container having data eg CategoryName and EmployeeName i want to show the data on the aspx page the problem is that i must show the data Catogary wise in datalist or repeater. means like this

I am using ASP.Net 2.0. I am trying to save some information on client machine but my application is saving data on client as well as on the server.... i dont wanna save data on server....is it possible ...how???
