Basically, you have to time the download of a known large file from a known source that is relatively close to your machine on the Internet. The WMI Win32_NetworkAdapter, Win32_NetworkAdapterConfiguration, and Win32_NetworkAdapterSetting classes will give the the same information without P/Invoking the Windows Network API to death. For a particular reason I'd like to be able to read the subitems of column 5 (index 4) into an ArrayList or a common array. I've tried different approaches, but the listview and I don't hit it off.
