to wad i know it displayed errors

eh...sry the problem is that it did not displayed any error message, the program juz stop. By the way, regard the App.path & "\" * Path the "*" is i typo error,my script is reflected as App.Path & "\" & Path, thz for notifying me, the line of problem occurs at the "objFSO.CopyFile"

I assume that objFSO is a reference to a FileSystemObject object?
Do you have Norton Antivirus installed? If so, disable Script Blocking. That is known to just hang processes using FSO without an error message or anything.

I do not have any Norton Antivirus installed but i do have Symantec Antivirus installed, so will the same problem exists ??

Norton Antivius is also a Symantec product, so that is very possible. The products are probably very similar.

Your problem has nothing to do with XP. More likely, it's how your handling putting these file paths togther. But, without the exact error message, it's kind of difficult to know.
I can already see one problem: App.path & "\" * Path should be
App.Path & "\" & Path<code><br />
Which leads me to a more general problem. Are you checking to see if the source and destination paths exist first? Are you checking to see if you need to append the "\" character to the end of the path before appending the rest of your filepath? I'm will to be you're not...<br />

By the way, i juz do some search and found out that the for the source destination normally we put
MySource = "c:\MyFolder\MyFile.txt" but App.Path can be use when need be, am i right to say that? And if App.Path can be used when need be, den can any1 tel mi wad are the situations or cases that App.Path is used instead to replace the normal
MySource = "c:\MyFolder\MyFile.txt"

First, stop with the SMS speak. You have an entire keyboard in front of you, use it. It makes it much easier to understand you.
App.Path is normally sued only when you need to access a file in your application's directory (where your .EXE is installed), or in a well-known subfolder of your application's folder.

I want to round any float value to its next value but with round function it depends upno the fraction like if i do
round(43.24 , 2) it will return me 43
but i want to get 44
is there any function in vb 6 with which i could do so

The Int function always rounds to the lower integer. You can use that by negating the number before and after rounding to make it round to the higher integer. -Int(-43.24) returns 44.

I have an exercise that have to find the intersections of a vertical line and a given graph (the graph is horizontal, similar to parabola graph) in a picturebox. I use VB.Net for my work. I want to store the positions of the intersections in an array for further use

Right now I am working on a client/server application. The server sends an image through a network stream (tcpclient.getstream) to the client via image.save(mynetworkstream). The Image.fromstream(mystream) won't complete until I close the network stream from the server, but I need to send more data after the image. How can I complete the sending of the image without closing the stream?

Write the image data to a MemoryStream, then read the image from the MemoryStream.
