You may try using the HttpWebRequest[^] object to post data including username,password to that site, then try to read the content from the output stream of the HttpWebResponse object.

Hi,
I'm stuck with something, and I would really appreciate any help.
Here is what I'm trying to do:
I have a datagrid bound to a dataset(Schema) with columns(GroupModuleName,AccessRight,Description).
In AccessRight columns it's displaying AccessRights like this([]Insert[]Delete[]Select)
if i check the CheckBox and i click the Update Button, table should be update.
I would really appreciate any help or suggestions.

You can create an event handler for the ItemCommand event of the DataGrid control(if the Update button is placed inside the grid) or the Click event of the Grid. In the handler, you can access the CheckBox control and check the Checked property of the control.

In my Project One DataGrid in that AutoGenerated column is false. Only three Column i m binding with DataGrid

in AccessRight Column i m placing PlaceHolder in that i m displaying AccessRight
in database AccessRight value like this i m storing( Insert|Delete|Select|View|...etc).

now i want to update the accessright,here i want help.
how to do,

ok, I have a page which is using a master page file. I want to click a button and then show another page eg 'popupform.aspx'.
Can i call the code you provided from the code behinde of my original form? I kept it in the html portion as below:

it looks like it down't like that javascript part.
any ideas?

That way is used for server control. However, you just add an HTML control is OK.

This one worked however the size is not working so it still shows the form as full screen but the max button is disabled.

When I send Email using:
SmtpMail.SmtpServer = "...";
SmtpMail.Send("webmaster@....", "gyokusei@inbox.com", "This is a test!", "Testing...... Thanks!");
It works fine but the mail message (.EML file) isn't delivered. It stores in Queue folder.
I configured the IIS well as MSDN showed. And I can use Outlook 2003 to send an email to webmail(inbox.com) with my IP address.
Can you help me solve this problem?

I want to make sure that all access to the Web Application is done thru the Secure URL. Is there a way to check this at the login page. I see that IIS has some settings to require secure communication but this is hosted and we have no control over this. Or do we need to ask the host to set this property in IIS.

You don't tell us much 
Is it a webserver we are talking about? In that case, unless the serveradministrator has allowed the "browse folders" function - then you won't be able to.
If it's a webserver you are administering yourself, then there are a couple of ways to do this. Let us know a bit more.

Hi all..
I need to make an internet application and it is a bidding scenario where:
1) A client would pass the request and wait for the response from multiple bidders connected online.
2) The biders would bid on the request at real time.
3) All the bidding responses are then showed on to the clients screen..
Hope u got the scenario.
Now the problem is, how do i get the client and bidders to communicate in real time via web browser?
There might be many bidders which would delay in response.so the clients page should refresh as and when responses come.It is something like a stock market page where the share values go up and down every minute..The web server decided is IIS6 ..Please help..

You can't push an update from the server to the browser, the http protocol just doesn't work that way. You have to check for updates periodically.
