Dear sir,

Converting a existing Excel file to a web page

I was browsing the internet and I found your Tutorial about TETRIS very useful

I have been asked to write a software that runs on a windows XP platform with Standard office (Access, Excel and Word) installation.

The software must have a Button that, when clicking on it, will generate a web page that look exactly like this page http://www.sailsetc.com/fithull.htm with all the behaviours such as pop up windows where the Hull Fittings is the excel file. The Excel file itself is stored in a directory that will be specified by the user and the web page generated must be saved in a separate directory.

I have a basic knowledge in Java but know nothing about VB. Because the software must run uniquely on a windows platform, it is really difficult to think about where to start.

Please could you help me? What are the entities/classes involved and their relationships? My email Address is ste0ve@yahoo.co.uk

Kind regards
René
