No, that's wrong. The expession goes "when hell freezes over". Hence, it should be something like this:
while(Hell.GetTemperatureInCelsius() > 0) {
ASSERT(Hell.GetTemperatureInCelsius() <= 0);
Earth.State = EarthStates.Peace;
IMHO.

The while-loop would loop forever unless you change the temperature in the loop instead of doing nothing

I'm assuming that Hell is affected by other processes and/or threads.
[edit]I also want to point out that I've left synchronization issues out as an exercise for the reader [/edit]

I'm fine. Got everything I need. Even my kids have everything they need.
Even my TEENAGE DAUGHTER has everything she needs!
How the heck did that happen???
Oh well. Can't knock it.
Life's good.
I guess the only thing I want for Christmas
is to see all my nephews and nieces and family.
I'll even get that. Life's good. Real good.

How can that be?! My four year old daughter can still think of more things she "needs".

If her grades have improved then she'll be wanting a boyfriend.
If she has a boyfriend she'll be wanting her grades to improve.

She obviously is not yet of driving age, at which the 'needs' approach infinity.

A girl. Merry Christmas to all CPians, better said it soon, than late. Oh yeah, another important thing, I want snow for this Christmas, but I don't think Santa will fulfill that .

Do you think Santa will bring you one? That might become difficult. Just think about the legal stuff, getting a passport for her and so on - Santa cannot get you a girl from your country, or he'd have to kidnap her. Anyway, what could stop her from leaving at the 27th of December?

We had snow last weekend. If I had known, I'd have sent you a few balls...
