This link says:
Every FAT32 partition has its own RECYCLED folder in the root while every NTFS
partition uses a RECYCLER folder in the root. NTFS also creates one sub-folder for
each user (e.g., C:\RECYCLER\S-1-5-21-1644491937-1078081533-725353535-1003).


1. For NTFS, the folder name is the SSP key. For restricted key this registry key under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Protected Storage System Provider is not readable, is there any other way to find this out?

2. For FAT32 partitions, any idea how the sub-folders are named?
