I have added links to a few setup projects on my website. These projects can be downloaded and installed by visitors. I previously had just the .msi files but have now put each Setup.exe in its own folder and set the appropriate links.
The .msi files worked fine, but now I get a message telling me that the setup[1].ini file cannot be found in my Content.IE5 folder.
Even if I save the Setup.exe to my computer and try to install it from there, it says it cannot find the Setup.ini file. This was present in the folder on the website.
If anyone can point me to a resource explaining how to deploy my applications via the web, I would really appreciate it.

I think that you are looking at it the wrong way. For all your links that you want the windows to pop open, use the onmouseover event to do that. For example:

msdn.microsoft.com references what is known as a subdomain. A subdomain is a domain that is part of a larger domain. For example, microsoft.com has multiple subdomains, such as office.microsoft.com and msdn.microsoft.com. Each points to a specific Microsoft product area.
microsoft.com/msdn is the address of the subdirectory where all of the information relating to MSDN is stored in the microsoft.com domain. Basically, a subdomain can be the assigned alias of a subdirectory, such that http://msdn.microsoft.com refers to the same Internet space as http://microsoft.com/msdn.
www.msdn.microsoft.com does not work because subdomains are shortcuts to a specific part of the world wide web space of a domain. In other words, msdn.microsft.com is a sub-part of www.microsoft.com and is an alias for www.microsoft.com/msdn. So when you access the msdn subdomain, you are through address translation already supplying www.

Yes, in the zone file you can have almost anything redirect to almost anything. The folks at MS realized that some people type in the www even for subdomains, so they likely added a redirect to catch it.

i am having a problem with my session object after i build so cookies i loose all the infomation in my session object and i have linked it to the amout of cookies i build when i build 72 cookies i loose my session but if i build only half my session works fine can somebody help me

Please use some punctuation when you write. Skipping punctuation reduces the readability more than anything else.
You are storing way too much data in cookies. There is a limit for how much you can store in cookies for a site. The limit depends on the browser you are using, but it is always just a few kilobytes.
What is probably happening is that you are reaching the limit, so some cookies are discarded. As the session id is also stored in a cookie, you lose it.
All the cookies that you create will be sent back to the server in every single request. If you use 2 kb of cookies, that means that every request increases in size by 2 kb.
Why are you using so much cookies?

this site is not mine. i am just trying to add esignature to it.when this site send a user to my esignature site so my document can be signed. I send the user back to the orignal site after the process is complete. Every time the site uses request("varable") after i send the user back it does not work so i stored all the varables as cookies, and when i send them back the site picks up as it should. My opion is this site needs to be rewritten it is very poor programming.

How are you supposed to send the values to the site? How is the site recieving the values?
If the site is just using Request("variable") to read the values, that sure is poor programming. The request collection reads from server variables, cookies, form data and querystring. It's safer to specify from where the data should be read.
Sending the values as cookies is a bad solution, though. If the site is reading values from the Request collection on other pages, you might be causing errors on the site. If the same name is used as in the cookies, the value in the cookies will be read instead of the value in the form data or querystring.
You should be trying to find out why you can't send the data using form data or querystring, rather than using cookies.

Does any one have good documentation on FCK Editor?
I need to know how to change the text of the editor? I have other textboxes on the same page which has a standard font and colour, and I want to change the font and colour of the FCK Editor like the rest of the textboxes. I see I have to change the fck_editorarea.css stylesheet, but it is not working. Does any one have samples or how to do it?

After you change the .css file, remember to clear the browser cache files.

Always clear your cache files and do force refresh (Ctrl + F5 in IE, and Ctrl + Shift + R in Firefox).
You can either modify the fck_editorarea.css or specify your own css and pass it to the EditorAreaCSS property (this differs slightly depending on which programming language you're using).
