Mine's got to the point where I now spread VS.NET over both monitors:

Left: VS.NET main window (code, design view)
Right: VS.NET pallet windows (solution explorer, pending checkins, output, watch window, etc)

I was finding things a bit too cramped just on the one Sigh | :sigh:
