Or you could just use the Win32 API to do the exact same thing as that RunAs shortcut menu. See CreateProcessAsUser[^], CreateProcessWithLogonW[^], CreateProcessWithTokenW[^]. There are problems with using it to uninstall applications though. The call will fail every single time, so the app may be uninstalling, but you'll never know if it completed successfuly or not. Also, you can't use this method on Windows 9x or NT4 SP3 and below.
