My question is, could use this two OS at the same time to share the file and resource with each other?

Definitely. There are several ways to do this. When using a supported guest OS this easiest possibility to share data between the host and the guest OS is to use the Virtual PC Additions[^].

I have only machine and want to learn networking but I have only one PC.

Yes, you can do this with Virtual PC and that's also the possibility I prefer for sharing data between (non-)virtual machines. You can even decide if the traffic on the virtual network should be bridged to the physical network and is also possible connect a virtual machine to the physical network using NAT. So far I've used Virtual PCs for OS tests (including test networks with three concurrent virtual machines) and testing of setup packages. However, depending on how many virtual machines you'd like to run at once you will need a fast CPU and even more important lots 'o RAM! Wink | ;)

Best regards
Dennis
