how do you get this date?
basically I want to find such birth date of all traded stocks in NYSE and NASDAQ...
diligent hands rule....

Question is too open ended.
Given your example you could just google it.
If you only wanted that information and for a limited set then google it.
If you want a lot more information on a lot more stock especially detailed trading data then you would first need to specify whether you are looking for a program/app to use or you want to make one yourself. Both involve paying for a service but your needs specify the type and features.

Would a CSV with "Date,Open,High,Low,Close,Adj Close,Volume" in daily basis since the beginning (1986-03-13,0.088542,0.101563,0.088542,0.097222,0.060657,1031788800) up to yesterday (2023-05-05,305.720001,311.970001,304.269989,310.649994,310.649994,28181200) do the job for you?
Or do you prefer in "weekly" or "monthly" basis?

if the history file is complete, then the first trad date is correct birth date...
diligent hands rule....

I suppose it is correct because is the same that fgs1963 told.
If you want the birth date of ALL the stocks... that's not going to be easy to automate or get at once. Cherry picking stocks is possible and not so complicated.

These days, I think you subscribe to a service; "raw" data is what you get when you export from one of their plans.

No, the revenge of the 5th will be tomorrow morning when you wake up with a pounding headache and a bladder ready to burst.
Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason?
Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful?
