SpaceX certainly has them.
There was at least one other failure or sorts. Another country perhaps? They attempted to launch a satellite (spy?) and it failed to separate or failed to activate. Something like that.

The whole of Florida USA was woken up just after 4:00 AM this morning by the loud noise of an amber alert on their phones. It turns out the alert was "just a test"! A test that time of the morning!? They must either be very stupid or crazy! 
Get me coffee and no one gets hurt!

THe UK government plan to force this on us soon. It's nice to know they have nothing important to work on.

reminds me of the emergency drills they had in the USSR. probably they had some in the USA, too. just the US was not obsessed with the drills like the USSR.

Oh dear. It's bad enough when a weather alert for an area of the state hundreds of miles away comes through.
I have nearly all alerts turned off on my phone. I can look out the window for myself.
When we were in L.A. last week someone "thought she smelled smoke" and pulled the hotel fire alarm at 04:00 one morning.
