I wanted to know how you organize your little perls, your fragments.
There are things like GistBox, or Android Studio's "Create Gist" feature, there are lots of snippet managers available - many for free...
Do you use any of these?
Or do you keep your snippets on Post-It-like tools like Google Keep or Evernote and the like?
I came in touch with many of them, liked more than one and ended up in having snippets-here-and-there... Still haven't found the one-and-only tool to stick to.

I have a folder with files that contain various snippets.
I really need a better way to do this, and I think I am going to build my own.
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?

I remember a discussion going on about snippets and how to organize them.
That was a long time ago, but you can try the CP search. Could have been anywhere though. I'd try the articles first and then go for more general messages.

I have to get a windscreen out to Mrs Wife for the car. I am trying to find a shipper/courier to take it; quotes are around £500-£1,000.
I think I'll call BA and see if I can take it as check-in luggage. It'll be a damned sight cheaper to fly out for the weekend with the bonus of seeing the girls!

Can somebody explain to me what the new shipping method is at Amazon. I ordered a book today and just got the notification that it Shipped. It appears to be shipping from inside the US to a US address. Supposed to arrive on Feb 7 (three weeks and a day). Did the US Post office actually implement snail mail?

I know what you mean. The Israeli postal (dis)service has become so disorganized that Amazon only ships to Israel via other couriers nowadays. This increases the cost significantly, but at least stuff arrives.
If you have an important point to make, don't try to be subtle or clever. Use a pile driver. Hit the point once. Then come back and hit it again. Then hit it a third time - a tremendous whack.

Ah, I see you have the machine that goes ping. This is my favorite. You see we lease it back from the company we sold it to and that way it comes under the monthly current budget and not the capital account.
