Dear MS,
Please stop messing with my desktop background. Although your pictures are pretty, I actually USE my machines for work. I set the background to a nice solid color THAT I LIKE. It reduces eye strain. It's comfortable. It's home.
So, you update your OS "for security patches" <-- lying sons of bitches and change my desktop background to "let's send him a new picture..."
If you came into my office and started typing on my keyboard, I would grab your hands. I don't care if you are my wife, girl friend, mistress, child, or random person - you do not elephant with my computer.
To MS Marketing - you are obviously working at turning your OS into a data mining device. Meanwhile, you cannot fix the bugs. Good bye.

Last night I logged in to my Outlook email. I found myself mumbling curse words under my breath after several malfunctioning login attempts. After about 5 minutes, I managed to log in and I was met with the MS Outlook UI. It's astounding to me that anyone could possibly create such a dysfunctional, counter-intuitive, UI train wreck of binary trash that resembles the absolute epitome of a dumpster fire. I feel your pain.

Argggg! I came up with bear=birth and dates=days but I couldn't figure out what red canals had to do with it. That in itself should have told me it was an anagram. C'est la vie. Nice clue though!

We evacuated from Tampa to Georgia on Monday, to get out of the way of the hurricane. We were planning to return home tomorrow, but had to extend our stay by another day, to return on Saturday. Our home is totally undamaged according to our daughter who stayed in Tampa, but there is no power, our street is clogged with broken trees. No traffic lights work, and cell phone service is getting spotty. I suppose cell phone tower batteries also have a limited life. There is no gasoline. Gasoline pumps have no power.
I am very grateful that we have a governer who is very good at managing crisis situations.
