Let me guess, the .net developer was saying it is a framework, and the java guy was saying it's a language right? They are both correct in their own way...

Actually vice versa! The java guys are the ones, who don't start any project without introducing a new heavyweight framework firstly.

Joomla is definitely a CMS. Main advantage of this CMS if how easy is developing addons (or plugins).
The language used for building Joomla extensions is PHP. And of course there is a framework for it.
But Joomla is, absolutely, a CMS.

Last time I looked (2008), I considered it CrAP. WordPress not quite as CrAPpy.
But yeah, it's a CMS.

His sexuality is not the problem
His Dwarvishness is!

Talking of which, do any UK based punters watch The Last Leg on Channel 4?
Last weeks closing sequence of a dwarf person of diminished height doing a Miley Cyrus impression to Brian May's Save The Badgers song with Jim Davidson's face stuck to her arse is one of the most mental things I have ever seen

Not to mention his complete lack of acting ability.

Oh I don't know. That scene in Mission Impossible 3 where he was getting beaten up - kept me glued to my seat. I even rewound it and cheered a few times.

I suppose we should count our blessings -- at least he's not Keanu Reeves.

I don't get the whole Tom Cruise is gay thing.
Why do people think he's gay?

Is it because he likes to put his penis inside other men?
