Ito to work for a rest.

Holidays or vacations here in America, do have long term benefits. They keep the wife happy and she will remember them fondly for a long time, mine is STILL gushing about the one she and I took to Jamaica last July.
Also they build memories in and about the family as a whole. Your children will grow up and move out but you and they will always have memories of vacationing together. Hopefully good memories, but even disaster trips create memories of how you all survived, persevered, and made the best of it. We went camping last Sept and had just eaten dinner when the rains came so we all huddled in the tent in the pouring rain, the tent starting to leak around the edges, and sang along with bad music from my son's phone.
Enjoy the time with your family. Yes the routine will still be there when you get back but the time away is well spent.
Unless you are the one person who says on their deathbed, "I should have spent more time in the office."

I like when my wife and kid go away for a few weeks.
You'll never get very far if all you do is follow instructions.

"Cat following track missing a huge amount."(8)
Bonus CCC (Because I like this one!)
"At this stage fellow is avid supporter of the women of the lake."(4,10,3)

track = TRAIL
missing A = TRIL
cat = LION
following TRIL
TRILLION
You don't do the Guardian crossword, do you? Trillion was an answer this week, with tril derived as track missing a, and previously 'shortage' clued as bronz appeared just before you did something very similar.
Probably just coincidence (or you're just a warm lefty really )

No, not really, mostly a telegraph man.
But these things must get in and stick around somewhere.
I am certainly not a warm lefty, more a Heartless Tory Bastard(tm)

so why the hell do you need all that data enter to go into the draw??
If i go into the draw and (heaven forbid win) you can then ask me my postal address. But I don't see why you need my phone number, the size of the company i work for etc to give away some kit.
Not cool CP, not cool at all.
Bryce
p.s. but this bit in the T&C's
"No cheating, lying, witchcraft, or kicking." is quite cool. Because it means pushing, tripping and foot-tripping, poking, hairpulling and Chinese burns are all within the rules.
