The vote is binding, it has a target time frame for complete breakaway with 18 to 24 months. (Despite not having any ideas of how anything will be achieved).

There are calls on the Welsh Assembly that Wales should get any rights they offer to Scotland as inducements for you to stay.
But Wales isn't ready for independence yet: the damage done during Thatcher Years is still not healed.

What I don't understand is why Scotland has to vote on independence. Why can't they just have a revolution we can watch on prime time, like the rest world does?
